Florida Cannabis Search Visibility Brief
A source-dated, privacy-conscious view of the Florida search questions, pages, and local research paths relevant to your organization.
Understand visibility before buying promotion
The brief separates earned search visibility, public listing accuracy, content opportunities, and paid-placement fit so one number or commercial relationship cannot blur the decision.
Who this is for
Qualified physician clinics, licensed Florida Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers, and carefully reviewed patient-access, education, accessibility, or compliant event organizations.
It is not a patient-lead list, medical-marketing database, ranking package, or shortcut around advertising, privacy, licensure, or claims review.
Quote-only pilot. A possible scope is one organization, one Florida market or intent, up to five public pages, and one factual-correction round. Final scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed after fit and evidence review; no outcome is guaranteed.
What the current site evidence can show
This dated snapshot demonstrates the method. A client brief would be scoped to the exact organization, official domain, service area, and relevant public routes; it would not reuse FDG's own figures as client performance data.
A small Google sample
The October 23 CSV export reports 1,041 impressions, 0 clicks, and 0% CTR across 28 daily rows. The dashboard shows average position 37.7. This does not support a Google-reach or patient-acquisition promise. Page and query tables have different dimensional totals; neither replaces the chart total.
Observed Bing activity
The exported All-traffic overview contains 41,987 impressions, 580 clicks, and 1.38% CTR. The selected 30-day window is September 22-October 21, but the CSV contains 27 populated daily rows, September 23-October 19. Missing selected dates are not recorded as zero. The separate Web-only page table totals 219 clicks and 5,266 impressions; it is not the All overview.
Renewal pages in the citation sample
The daily export reports 2,293 citations and an average of 16 cited pages. In the separate sampled page table, the renewal checklist has 221 citations and the expired-card article has 139. Bing says sampled results may be refined. Citation counts are not visits, referrals, unique people, leads, or revenue.
What a scoped brief includes
A practical research product, not a traffic forecast.
Public presence check
Confirm the official business identity, domain, Florida service area, relevant licenses or qualifications, and the public listings that can be matched responsibly.
Intent and route map
Separate clinic, renewal, brand, city, directory, guide, and other relevant themes using the available aggregate search and page evidence.
Accuracy and content review
Check current public facts, route overlap, source transparency, internal paths, and whether an existing page should be improved before another URL is considered.
Prioritized next moves
Receive a short action list covering owned-site improvements, listing corrections, useful content, measurement, and any separately reviewed paid-placement fit.
Evidence standards
- Every dataset carries its source and coverage dates
- Search clicks, AI citations, impressions, inquiries, and conversions stay separate
- Low-volume anomalies and incomplete exports are disclosed
- Recommendations favor useful existing routes over thin keyword pages
No patient or subscriber data
- No guaranteed rank, traffic, patients, appointments, sales, or approvals
- No purchase of organic order, editorial conclusions, sources, schema, or indexing
- No patient, registry, diagnosis, medical-intake, or subscriber identities
- Sponsorship and enhanced-listing discussions require a separate partner review
What you receive
The deliverable stays small enough to act on and explicit enough to review before purchase.
A source-dated brief
A concise written review of the selected organization, Florida market or intent group, and up to five public pages, with the evidence window and limitations stated beside each finding.
Three practical recommendations
Recommendations may cover owned-page improvements, public listing corrections, route clarity, measurement, or a separately reviewed paid-placement fit. They do not promise ranking or demand.
One factual follow-up
After delivery, one round can correct a factual misunderstanding in the public-source review. New research, private analytics, copywriting, or implementation is outside this founding scope.
Fit and scope confirmation
We confirm the organization, official domain, service area, requested market, public-page access, timing, and final terms before accepting payment or beginning the brief.
How to request one
Start with the narrowest useful scope. Pricing and delivery timing are quoted only after the identity, data availability, and requested market are clear.
Include the business name, official website, Florida service area, organization type, and the specific city, brand, clinic, or route group you want reviewed. Do not send patient or medical-intake information.
